We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of material changes through the System. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.

2. Service Description
The Newspring Church Management System is a comprehensive platform designed to facilitate church administration, member management, event coordination, and ministry operations for Newspring Church and its affiliated campuses.
2.1 System Features
- Member Management: Maintain member records, profiles, and contact information
- Department Coordination: Manage ministry departments and team assignments
- Event Management: Organize and track church events and activities
- Attendance Tracking: Record and analyze service attendance patterns
- Financial Management: Track tithes, offerings, and church finances
- Communication Tools: Facilitate internal church communication
- Reporting & Analytics: Generate reports for church leadership
2.2 Service Availability
We strive to maintain System availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may perform maintenance, updates, or modifications that temporarily affect availability.
Note: The System is provided for internal church use only and is not intended for commercial or external purposes.
3. User Registration and Accounts
3.1 Account Creation
To access certain features of the System, you must register for an account. You agree to:
- Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration
- Maintain and promptly update your account information
- Maintain the security of your account credentials
- Accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account
- Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account

Important: Providing false or misleading information may result in account suspension or termination.

- To transmit offensive, obscene, or inappropriate content
- To impersonate or attempt to impersonate another user
- To engage in any commercial activities without authorization

- To attempt to gain unauthorized access to other accounts or system areas
- To interfere with or disrupt the System's security or functionality
Zero Tolerance Policy
We maintain a zero-tolerance policy for harassment, discrimination, or any form of abusive behavior. Violations will result in immediate account termination and may be reported to appropriate authorities.
6. Intellectual Property Rights
Important Notice: The Newspring Church Management System is licensed to Newspring Church for internal use. The intellectual property rights remain with the original developer.
7. Privacy and Data Protection
Our Commitment: We are committed to protecting your privacy and handling your personal information with care and respect.
7.1 Privacy Policy
Our collection and use of personal information in connection with the System is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

8. Termination
8.1 Termination by User
You may stop using the System at any time. To formally close your account, please contact the system administrator.
8.2 Termination by Church
We may suspend or terminate your access to the System immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including if you:
- Violate these Terms of Service
- Engage in conduct that we believe is harmful to the church community
- No longer meet membership criteria
- Request account deletion
8.3 Effect of Termination
Upon termination:
- Your right to use the System will immediately cease
- Your account and related data may be deactivated or deleted
- Provisions of these Terms that should survive termination will remain in effect
9. Disclaimer of Warranties

10. Limitation of Liability

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights.
